We don't usually cover Chicago specific events, but we found it kind of cool that Black Rebel Motorcycle Club's Robert Levon Been is spinning a DJ set before The Dandy Warhols New Years Eve show. The show will take place at The Metro.

Been also provided one of our favorite moments in music in 2008 when he spontaneously jumped on top of a parked car in Chile, post-show, for an acoustic rendition of BRMC's Sympathetic Noose.
