Scooters, Skankin', Fred Perry and No Doubt....The Specials came to town

The scooters were in full effect outside Club Nokia last night as fans descended upon the venue to catch The Specials pre-Coachella show. 

The crowd resulted in a sea of Fred Perry.  A couple "rude girls' took the stage for some skankin', and No Doubt (sans Adrian Young) were in attendance.

Tony Kanal tweteed the following message during the show:

finally getting to see The Specials with my bandmates...waiting a lifetime for this moment. amazing! life is beautiful. - tony

F'in fantastic to see The Specials live years and years after their unfortunate demise.
